There are many types of borders. But the worst aren’t seen on maps. They’re the ones that are in our minds. Those that make us focus more on our differences rather than on our similarities. A clear example is the political conflict between Catalonia and the rest of Spain, which has provoked a strong boycott on products from both sides.
To help local producers, we created the Common Designation Sin/Sense Frontera; composed of products made with ingredients from both sides of the border between Catalonia and the rest of Spain. Ingredients from here and from there. It´s boycott-proof. Because there is no border that can separate everything we have in common.
